Dr. Roman received his Bachelor of Science and D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degrees from the University of California at San Francisco (San Francisco Medical Center), graduating magna cum laude.
After completing a 2-year post-doctoral program at the University of California at San Francisco, he received his specialty certificate in orthodontics, graduating magna cum laude.
Dr. Roman is a board-certified specialist in orthodontics and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.
He is a member of the Umpqua Dental Society, Oregon Dental Association, Oregon State Society of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Roman, his wife Faith, and their two youngest children, Dalton and Carissa, moved to Roseburg in March, 2001 from Prescott, Arizona. Prior to living in Arizona, Dr. Roman practiced orthodontics in Southern California for twenty years.
In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys church activities, backgammon, currency and stock trading, tennis, and collects old movies. He cannot play golf. |
